Kenneth W. Halpern is a principle at the law firm of Kenneth Halpern & Associates (a four lawyer firm with locations in Newton, Peabody and Boston) where he concentrates on serious personal injury cases including medical malpractice, brain injury, motor vehicle and product liability cases, both inside and outside of Massachusetts. Attorney Halpern is currently serving on the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) Education and Auto Committees and has lectured at various organizations and programs, including being a frequent participant in MATA-sponsored seminars. He is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations; Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); MATA; and Massachusetts Brain Injury Association where he has served on the Board of Directors. Attorney Halpern is currently serving on the MATA Board of Governors.

Kenneth is a graduate of Suffolk Law School and Cornell University. He is married with three children and enjoys traveling and skiing, and is trying to perfect his golf game.
